Organised by Studio Start
Multidisciplinary artist Ilan Manouach organised a number of workshops in recent years in which he worked with Shapereader, a tactile communication system that translates music into tactile text. His target audience: people with visual impairments.
During a short residency at Studio Start / AIR Antwerpen, musicians Joachim Badenhorst, Elisabeth Klinck, Manu Louis and Amina Osmanu will work with Manouach's installation. The musicians use the installation to create a new score. Joachim Badenhorst and Elisabeth Klinck will conclude their residency with a short presentation on the 31st of July. The presentation of Manu Louis and Amina Osmanu takes place on the 28th of August.
