Organised by Kunsthal Extra City, programmed by Zuzanna Rachowska
Following her Musseum workshop, Claire Stragier presents a new Animal Sees Art performance in the garden of Kunsthal Extra City.
With Animal Sees Art, Claire Stragier shows art to animals in their natural habitat. The series of installations and performances is a search for a common visual language and an understanding between species. Animals and humans often share a habitat or food sources, but people are not always aware of this. Because animals literally view the world from a different perspective, it is an endless source of inspiration and a story of trial and error. Here, art forms the link between everyday life, behavioural biology, ecology and landscape design.
